Friends of Amber Teson (“the Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or interact with the Campaign, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect information you choose to share with us, including when you sign up for updates, volunteer, attend an event, contact the Campaign, or make a contribution. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, employer and occupation (required by law for certain contributions), and any message or comments you submit. When you donate, payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor (ActBlue); the Campaign does not store your full payment card information on this site.
We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring website. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to communicate with you about the Campaign, respond to your messages, organize volunteers and events, process and acknowledge contributions, comply with election and campaign-finance laws, and improve our outreach. If you provide your email address or phone number, you may receive Campaign updates, invitations, and fundraising messages. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP to text messages.

We do not sell your personal information.
